Founded by two directors who have been candidates in the job market a number of times themselves, Key Recruitment. This has shown up significant shortfalls in the way a large number of recruitment agencies treat their candidates.

Being encouraged to take a position that doesn't really suit you, so that your consultant can make a quick dollar doesn't do anyone any favours. You will end up in a role that you don't really enjoy or may not be successful in; you will subsequently leave the role, leaving the agency to fill the position (at no charge) and the company you joined is now faced with the daunting task of coping without you until their agency finds them another person to join the team.

Having your resume sent out all over town doesn't do your reputation any good either. If you are still employed while looking for a new role, this can dramatically increase the chances of word getting back to your current employer, which could leave you in all sorts of trouble. Unfortunately, knowing exactly where your resume is being sent is a luxury not afforded by every agency you may deal with.

What Makes Us Different

While we may discuss your experience or field of expertise with a client and potential employer of yours, your resume will NOT be sent out to any company unless you have given us permission to do so. This may be discussed in your interview with us, or a phone call from us to gain permission, but we will always let you know before we send it out.
You will not be encouraged to take a new position that doesn't entirely suit you. We offer our clients a full 3 month replacement guarantee, so if you leave your role within the first 3 months, we have to fill the role all over again (at no charge to the client), which is a poor use of ours and our client's time.
We will maintain regular contact with you if we place you in a new role, to ensure that everything is as you thought it would be and you are settling in well.
