Payment Terms
Our payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
Fee Structure
(Annual salary + superannuation + fixed bonuses + GST at 10%)
| $0 - $50,000 | 15% |
| $50,001 - Upwards | 18% |
The 'total salary package' encompasses the candidate's annual salary, superannuation, company vehicle or allowance (both valued at $12,000) and any other fixed bonuses agreed at the point of offer.
Where commissions and/or bonuses will be paid to the candidate, the fee is calculated on a reasonable figure the candidate is expected to earn over their first annual period, plus any additional benefits offered to the candidate.
Guarantee
Key Recruitment offers all of our clients a full three month replacement guarantee from the date of commencement, at no extra cost to the client. In the event of a replacement, no further guarantee will be offered by Key Recruitment.
