Our Process

At Key Recruitment, we pride ourselves on our thorough recruitment process. We guarantee to conduct every stage in this process, and every stage will be documented for clients to see.

The Process

  • Detailed brief taken by a consultant. This will include details of the role and fee agreement.
  • Full database search of suitable candidates, as well as a print/internet advertising campaign to source candidates.
  • Thorough and detailed interviews with suitable candidates. These will ALWAYS be done in person where possible.
  • Presentation of shortlist to the client, including detailed candidate report and candidates resume (always with the candidates approval).
  • Clients selects candidates from shortlist they wish to interview.
  • REFERENCE CHECKING. We will conduct 2 reference checks on the candidate before we send them to interview with our client. Both these reference checks will be forwarded to the client before the interview for their information.
  • Facilitation of candidate/client interview(s) at a time that suits both parties.
  • Negotiation of offer, final confirmation of acceptance of employment, including salary package and start date.
